3. Information we collect
- Account data: email, password (hashed), market, content language, workspaces, credits.
- Guest sessions: device/install ID for trial access and abuse prevention.
- Sign-in: Google or Telegram identifiers/tokens when you use those providers.
- Profile analysis: public handles you submit; scraped public metadata; AI-generated reports.
- User content: prompts, scripts, media for generation, planner data, outcome check-ins.
- Integrations: TikTok/Instagram OAuth tokens and metrics (encrypted at rest).
- Payments: NOWPayments crypto checkout — status and transaction references only.
- Marketing form: optional contact details from our website.
- Technical data: IP, device/browser, logs, security signals.
- On-device cache: offline storage in the mobile app until you clear app data.
4. How we use information
We use data to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, process payments, send transactional email, personalize AI outputs, produce aggregated market insights, and comply with law.
5. AI and automated processing
We use third-party AI (e.g. Google Gemini) and automated collection of public social data at your request. Content you submit, including public profile material you ask us to analyze, may be processed by these providers. AI output may be inaccurate and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
6. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Contract performance, legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent where required, and legal obligations.
7. Service providers
We use processors including cloud hosting, Google Gemini, public-data collection partners (for analysis you initiate), NOWPayments, Google/Telegram sign-in, TikTok/Instagram integrations, and email (SMTP). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data when required by law.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for the Service and legal obligations.
10. Your rights

11. Account deletion
Email [email protected] with subject “Account deletion” from your registered email. We delete or anonymize data within 30 days except where retention is required by law. This satisfies Apple App Store account-deletion requirements when in-app deletion is not yet available.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
13. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted tokens, and access controls. No system is completely secure.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified in-app or by email.
