These Terms govern your use of Uçgun AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Uçgun provides AI tools for creators and agencies: content generation, profile analysis, trends, workspaces, and credit-based billing on mobile and web. Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 (or minimum age in your country) and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials. Report unauthorized use to [email protected].
5. Credits and payments
Features consume in-app credits (Uçguns). Packs are sold via cryptocurrency (NOWPayments). Credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. On-chain transactions may be irreversible.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not analyze profiles you are not authorized to use.
- No spam, fraud, malware, or abuse of the Service.
- No circumvention of limits or deceptive use of AI output.
7. Third-party platforms
Connecting social accounts or running analysis grants permissions described in the Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Google, or Telegram.
8. AI-generated content
Outputs may be wrong or outdated. You are responsible for review and publication. Monetization features are not legal or tax advice.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Service and technology. You receive a limited license to use it. You retain rights in your input and grant us a license to operate the Service.

11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or USD $50, whichever is greater, where permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You indemnify us for claims arising from your content or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend access for breach or risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
15. Governing law

16. Changes
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified in-app or by email.
